The words homemade pizza bring to mind images of dough painstakingly perfected on a kitchen counter and sweet cheesy aroma escaping from one’s kitchen windows, catching the neighbors unaware as they prepare their own dinner.

But I neither have the talent nor the appetite for pizza dough. This is why we stick to toasted wheat bread. The way it melts in your mouth, together with the tomato and cheese is just pure heaven.
